5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal (৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on bonus-eligible games.
• The specified maximum bet limit must be followed while a bonus is active.
• xb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

xb999 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. The weekly cashback rate is determined by tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Platinum.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. xb999 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Erroneous Odds

xb999 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at clearly incorrect odds. Intentionally placing bets to exploit erroneous odds is a violation of the terms.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

When betting on cricket or other sports, the specific rules of each market apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules — generally the bet amount is returned. 6.4 Multiple Bet Rules

Placing bets on two or more opposing outcomes of the same event to artificially secure a guaranteed profit ("arbitrage betting") is a violation of the terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xb999 platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using fraudulent methods, software, bots, or automation.
• Sharing or selling account credentials with third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Harassing other players, behaving indecently, or making threats.
• Using false identities or documents to verify an account.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes or resale.
• Copying, reproducing, or unlawfully using xb999's intellectual property.

In the event of any of the above violations, xb999 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

8.2 User-Initiated Account Closure
